Background

The Australian Access Federation (AAF) commenced the process to appoint an Operator(s) to deliver many of the AAF services to Federation participants on its behalf. The process involved the following two stages:

Stage 1 – a Request for Information (RFI)
In October/November 2009, the AAF advertised nationally for suitably qualified and experienced companies to respond to a RFI. The closing date for responses was 30 November 2009. Shortlisted Respondents were evaluated by the AAF on the basis of the RFI Selection Criteria outlined in the RFI Response Form and RFI Schedule.

Stage 2 – a Request for Offer (RFO)
As indicated above, the AAF Inc Interim Executive Committee has terminated the current process to appoint an Operator(s).
